Trish BairdPsychologist

Trisha Baird is a registered Psychologist with 10 years counselling experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She has a particular interest in working with adolescents who are experiencing anxiety, depression, family issues, school and study related stress, peer issues, self harm, eating disorders, substance abuse, and anger management. In addition, Trisha is also very experienced working with adults with mood disorders, particularly antenatal and postnatal depression, anxiety, trauma (physical, sexual and emotional) and PTSD. Trisha recognises the impact that mental health issues have on the entire family system and endeavours to work within a family inclusive framework.
